  • What Incoterms do you offer?
    We offer international shipping under the latest Incoterms 2020 including:
    • FOB (Free on Board) – Port of loading in India
    • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – Delivered to your destination port
    • EXW (Ex-Works) – Pickup from our facility
    We can also discuss DDP on request for selected destinations.
  • What is the difference between FOB and CIF?

    Under FOB, the buyer arranges sea freight and insurance from the Indian port.

    Under CIF, we arrange freight and insurance up to your destination port.

    Most of our European buyers prefer CIF for simplified procurement.

  • Can we arrange third-party product inspection?
    Yes. We fully support third-party inspection before shipment by:
    • SGS
    • TÜV
    • Bureau Veritas

    Inspection can be scheduled once goods are ready for shipment.

    Inspection charges are typically borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

  • At what stage is inspection conducted?
    Inspection is conducted:
    • After production completion
    • Before container sealing
    • Based on AQL standards or buyer requirements

    We share production photos and packing details prior to inspection scheduling.

  • What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
    MOQ depends on product type and packaging format. For export efficiency, we generally recommend:
    • LCL orders – Subject to minimum volume
    • FCL (Full Container Load) – Preferred for cost optimization

    Please contact us with your required quantity for exact MOQ confirmation.

  • Do you provide samples?
    Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation. Sample types:
    • Standard samples (available stock)
    • Customized samples (based on buyer specification)
  • Are sample shipping charges applicable?
    Yes
    • Sample cost may be free or nominal depending on product.
    • Courier charges are payable by the buyer.
    • Shipping is arranged via DHL / FedEx / UPS or buyer’s preferred courier.

    For bulk order confirmation, sample charges may be adjusted against final invoice.

  • What is your production lead time?
    Lead time depends on order volume and product type. Typical timeline:
    • 15–25 days for standard container load
    • Customized orders may require additional time

    Exact schedule is confirmed after order finalization.

  • What payment terms do you accept?
    We generally accept:
    • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
    • LC (Letter of Credit) for large volume orders.

  • Which port do you ship from?
    Shipments are typically dispatched from:
    • Tuticorin Port (VOC Port), India.
    • Chennai Port, India (if required).

    Port selection depends on buyer destination and shipping line availability.
